DanceStar USA 2004 ticketsare not replaceable under any circumstances. You must bring a valid picture I.D. and the credit card used to purchase the ticket to the event. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled there are no refunds. Any service fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Terms and conditions – Tickets are valid only for the event and seats for which they were individually issued. Admission may be declined upon a refund for the purchase price of the ticket. Unauthorized or unlawful resale may result in seizure and cancellation without any reimbursement. Tickets obtained in an unauthorized may be stolen or counterfeit and may be invalid for entry. This ticket may not be used for competitions, and, or given away as prizes, refunded, exchanged or re-sold for profit, commercial gain or for promotional purposes, without the express written permission of DANCESTAR USA, INC. Recording or transmitting any report, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued is unauthorized. In the event of any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of the event the holder grants permission to the event producers to utilize holder’s image or likeness. This ticket is not transferable. It is against the law to reproduce or attempt reproduction of this ticket. Price includes all applicable taxes. Holder assumes all risk, injury, accidental death and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, talent, DANCESTAR, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are released by holder from any claims arising from such causes. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. The management reserves the right to, on occasion, conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. Re-entry to the venue will not be permitted. No-one under 18 years old will be admitted to the venue. Event date, time, location and talent subject to change. DANCESTAR will not be held liable for amenities promised by the promoters, VIP or otherwise. NO REFUNDS. All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or postponed in which case the holder is eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket. Refund request must be made within five days of the events originally scheduled date.
STOBE LIGHTING EFFECTS MAY BE USED DURING THE SHOW
THE TICKET HOLDER IS PROHIBITED FROM BRINGING PHOTOGRAPHIC AND RECORDING EQUIPMENT INTO THE VENUE. THE USE OF MOBILE/CELLULAR PHONES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHIN THE VENUE.
DANCESTAR USA, INC. reserves the right at any time to withdraw, cancel or void any tickets issued to the event.
